What's On Thorold

The first edition of What's On Your Mind is upon us with residents voicing their opinions on questions presented.

Those who were asked were Ian Goodwin, Lizotte Yolande, Mike Martin and a lovely lady walking her dog downtown.

What is your favourite part about Thorold?

Donnelly's on a Sunday at 5.

Front Street. It is great and the people are friendly.

I grew up here and its home. Also lots of friendly people.

What are your thoughts on the possibility of Thorold Secondary closing?

It never crossed my mind.

It stinks.

– Lizotte

Don’t care.

– Mike

I don’t even know why this is even considered when we have a lot of growth in Thorold. There is new housing in this area and we will need the school.

What are your plans for Valentines Day?

Prepare a sales presentation for lunch the next day.

Nothing planned.

– Lizotte

Don’t care.

I’m going to “Vagina Monologe” performance.
