The Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F) Kuga 2017, is one of the crucial keys for the company’s plans to enhance the strength of its SUV models throughout Europe. The only question that remains, is does this model make the cut?
Ford made this clear with the vehicle through the way that they introduced the model to the public. Instead of the usual launch, Ford did a massive road trip with a fleet of these models. The journey began in Athens, Greece and continued to journey up through North Cape, Norway.
Ford has taken quite a few measures to enhance their newest Ford Kuga model, in the overall design of the model, one of the most noticeable changes is the front-end grill, which is a trapezoidal grille. Another major enhancement to the vehicle is the integration with Sync 3, which is a monumental improvement to the previous infotainment system.
There is also a new and improved voice control system in this model. This enables you to drive without risk of trying to figure out what all those knobs and rollers are meant to do. The voice system is capable of aiding with over 22,000 commands making it more than adequate to handle any commands that you require to be satisfied.
From those familiar with the driving of the vehicle, it was made clear that the body was made to perfectly absorb bumps on the road, while still handling like a beauty unless you’re driving it like a racing vehicle of course.
The model is also featured with a six-speed Power Shift, auto. This does a great job at ensuring smoothness when changing gears. However, it can be slow to keep up when it comes to things such as accelerating rapidly to overtake another vehicle.
Lastly, but most important the Ford Kruga 2017 is capable of going 0 – 62 mph in under 9.2 seconds.
